感謝您在 CreditGar 購物。由於雪茄屬於易受環境影響的敏感性產品，為了保障所有客戶都能獲得最高品質的體驗，我們實行嚴格的退換貨政策。 Thank you for shopping at CreditGar. As cigars are highly sensitive products influenced by environmental factors, we implement a strict returns policy to ensure the highest quality experience for all our customers.

1. 不可退換貨原則 / No Returns or Exchanges

• 最終銷售 (Final Sale)：本公司所有產品一經售出，即視為最終銷售。除非出現本政策第 2 條所述之特殊情況，否則恕不接受任何形式的退貨、換貨或退款申請。 All products sold by the Company are considered Final Sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
• 品質監控 (Quality Control)：雪茄的品質與口感極大程度上取決於儲存環境（如精確的濕度與溫度控管）。一旦產品離開本公司的受控倉庫，我們無法保證其後的儲存狀況是否符合標準。為確保產品完整性與衛生，我們不接受任何已離開本公司監管範圍的產品退回。 The quality and flavor of a cigar depend heavily on its storage environment (precise humidity and temperature control). Once a product leaves our controlled facility, we can no longer guarantee its integrity. To maintain hygiene and quality standards for all customers, we cannot accept the return of any product once it has left our custody.

2. 損壞或錯誤產品 / Damaged or Incorrect Items

• 收貨檢查 (Inspection upon Receipt)：客戶在收到產品後，請務必立即檢查。如發現產品與訂單不符，或在運輸過程中發生嚴重的物理損壞（不包括雪茄天然的葉片紋理偏差），請於收貨後 24 小時內聯繫我們。 Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or an item with severe physical damage caused during transit (excluding natural variations in tobacco leaf texture), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
• 申請流程 (Claims Process)：請提供訂單編號、損壞產品的清晰照片或影片說明。若經本公司核實為運輸損壞或出貨錯誤，我們將根據情況安排更換或退款。 Please provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. If verified as transit damage or a fulfillment error by the Company, we will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

3. 取消訂單 / Order Cancellation

• 訂單一旦確認並進入處理階段，將無法取消或更改。請在付款前核對您的訂購內容。 Once an order is confirmed and has entered the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your cart carefully before completing payment.

4. 爭議處理 / Dispute Resolution

• CreditGar 對於產品質量之定義及退換貨申請保留最終決定權。 CreditGar reserves the right of final decision regarding product quality definitions and any return/refund requests.
