僅限香港地區 (Hong Kong Only):本公司的送貨服務僅限於香港特別行政區範圍內。 Our delivery services are strictly limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

不設海外運送 (No International Shipping):我們目前不提供海外送貨、轉運至香港境外或免稅店提取之服務。 We do not provide international shipping, forwarding services to locations outside of Hong Kong, or duty-free shop pickup services.

特定區域 (Specific Locations):部分偏遠地區(如離島、禁區等)可能需要額外的附加費或較長的配送時間,具體以物流公司公佈為準。 Additional surcharges or longer delivery times may apply to certain remote areas (e.g., Outlying Islands, Restricted Areas), subject to the logistics provider's policies.
2. 訂單處理時間 / Order Processing Time

處理時效 (Processing Time):所有訂單通常在確認付款後的 1-3 個工作天內處理並寄出。 All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

週末及假日 (Weekends & Holidays):週末及公眾假期不設發貨服務。如遇訂單量較大,發貨時間可能稍有延誤,敬請見諒。 Shipments do not occur on weekends or public holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
3. 物流與追蹤 / Logistics and Tracking

第三方物流 (Third-party Logistics):我們使用可靠的第三方物流供應商(如順豐速運或其他本地物流)進行配送。 We use reliable third-party logistics providers (e.g., SF Express or other local couriers) for deliveries.

運費說明 (Shipping Rates):運費將在結帳時根據訂單重量、體積或選定的配送方式計算。 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, volume, or the selected delivery method.

追蹤編號 (Tracking Number):訂單寄出後,我們會向您提供追蹤編號以供查詢進度。 Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you to monitor the delivery progress.
4. 產品品質與風險轉移 / Quality and Risk Transfer

受控環境 (Controlled Environment):所有雪茄在出貨前均存放於嚴格受控的濕度與溫度環境中。 All cigars are stored in a strictly controlled humidity and temperature environment prior to shipment.

責任界定 (Responsibility):一旦產品交由第三方物流公司處理,運送過程中的延誤、損壞或丟失風險將由物流供應商承擔。儘管如此,我們會盡力協助客戶聯絡物流公司解決問題。 Once the products are handed over to the third-party logistics company, the risk of delay, damage, or loss during transit is assumed by the carrier. Nevertheless, we will do our best to assist customers in contacting the carrier to resolve any issues.
5. 自取服務 (如適用) / Self-Pickup (If Applicable)
- 若本公司提供工作室/門店自取選項,客戶須提前預約並出示訂單確認電郵及有效身分證明文件。 If a self-pickup option is provided, customers must make an appointment in advance and present the order confirmation email along with valid identification.
