1. 購買資格與法律限制 / Eligibility and Legal Restrictions

  • 年齡限制 (Age Restriction)：根據香港法律，本公司嚴禁向未滿 18 歲 之人士銷售煙草產品。客戶於本網站下單時，即確認其已成年。 In accordance with Hong Kong law, the Company strictly prohibits the sale of tobacco products to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer confirms they are of legal age.
  • 身分核實 (Identity Verification)：本公司保留要求客戶出示有效身分證明文件（如身份證或護照複本）以核實年齡的權利。若發現年齡不符，本公司有權立即取消交易、關閉帳戶並拒絕未來服務。 The Company reserves the right to request valid identification (such as a copy of HKID or Passport) to verify age. If a discrepancy is found, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction, close the account, and refuse future service.

2. 送貨服務與限制 / Delivery Services and Restrictions

  • 限定區域 (Restricted Area)：本公司之送貨服務僅限於香港特別行政區範圍內。 Our delivery services are strictly limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • 境外限制 (International Restrictions)：我們不提供海外送貨、轉運至香港境外或免稅店提取之服務。 We do not provide overseas shipping, forwarding services to locations outside of Hong Kong, or duty-free shop pickup services.
  • 物流安排 (Logistics)：送貨時間將視乎物流公司之安排及實際情況而定。本公司不承擔因物流延誤或不可抗力因素造成的法律責任。 Delivery times depend on the arrangements of the logistics provider and actual circumstances. The Company assumes no legal liability for delivery delays or factors beyond our control.

3. 退換貨政策 / Return and Exchange Policy

  • 售出不退 (No Returns or Exchanges)：鑑於雪茄屬於易受環境（如濕度、溫度）影響之易損耗品，為確保所有客戶均能獲得最高品質之產品，所有貨品一經售出，恕不接受任何形式的退換貨、退款或更換。 Cigars are perishable goods highly sensitive to environmental factors (e.g., humidity and temperature). To ensure the highest quality for all customers, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • 品質管控 (Quality Control)：由於雪茄離開本公司受控儲存環境後狀態無法監測，此項政策旨在保障產品完整性。 Since the Company cannot monitor storage conditions once a cigar leaves our controlled environment, this policy is in place to ensure product integrity.

4. 付款與定價 / Payment and Pricing

  • 貨幣 (Currency)：本網站所有顯示價格均以港幣 (HKD) 為單位。 All prices displayed on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
  • 價格變動 (Price Changes)：本公司保留隨時更改價格之權利，恕不另行通知。 The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • 健康警告 (Health Warning)：吸煙危害健康。客戶在購買時已明確知悉相關風險，本公司對因使用產品而引起的任何健康問題不承擔法律責任。 Smoking is hazardous to health. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges these risks. The Company assumes no legal liability for health issues arising from product use.

6. 爭議與法律管轄 / Disputes and Governing Law

  • 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。如有任何爭議，CreditGar 保留最終決定權。 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. In the event of any dispute, CreditGar reserves the right of final decision.
